3. The reaction was at first limited, as the world waited by, but after the bloody carnage in Sarajevo, the UN and NATO started to impede within the genocide.
4. The victims resisted by launching limited airstrikes on Serbian ground, but otherwise, they weren't doing much too resist since the Croatians were a bit weak from the warfare and inferior technology.
5. They would have to suffer war crimes and the guilt that they would have to carry forever.
